How will traffic laws need to change once anti gravity vehicles become available?

As I was driving along today, I was thinking, “if everybody had levitating cars, you’ll need to start looking not only left and right before you go, but also up, down, kinda sideways, slightly everywhere, and a little backwards” – is that why they don’t dell them yet?

The laws of physics will have to be changed before any need for legislation appears. Thats why they don’t sell them. They don’t exist!

But, for the sake of debate, you should be reminded that pilots of aircraft have do do this all the time, and, pretty much, constantly while flying.

Meanwhile, air traffic is already subject to various degrees of control, with commercial aircraft assigned headings and altitude, direct control of ALL aircraft as they near airports and extremely tight restrictions in some sectors.

If, and when, this type of personal aircraft becomes available, it would only take a bit of modification of existing vehicle and aircraft codes to make the system work.

What is anti-gravity and does it dilate time?

Gravity is what we feel as space and time warping, and this is what makes satellites clock speeds run slower. If anti-gravity is the opposite of gravity does this mean space-time becomes inversely warped. Would this mean time would run backwards?

Antigraviy is pure science fiction at this point. It isn’t known to exist.

Actually, satellites’ clocks run faster than Earth-based clocks….because the satellite occupants perceive a weightless environment instead of 9.8 Newtons/kilogram of constraint forces.

I love to give a massage to my man or a family member.

Make sure that the oil or lotion is warmed. You can run it under warm water close to hot but not hot. Then the person should be laying on the stomach undressed. They don’t have to be totally undressed if they aren’t comfortable with that.

Take the lotion after it has been warmed and put some in your hands rub together and start on the shoulders working your way down. Make sure you massage the muscles and not the spine.
You want to use circular motion to start the massage so start from the inside close to the spine and use a circular motion to massage out toward the shoulder blade.

Then one of the most sensitive areas would be the lower back there might be a fleshy part right at the tail bone. Which is the end of the spine right above the butt. It would be fleshy and feels sore when you massage it. But it feels good too lol. then you could massage the legs and then the feet whoohoo. i love the feet cause its the foundation to our body. the feet is so important to have massaged. Then a head temple and head massage at the end.

What would happen if there was abruptly zero gravity on earth for 10 seconds?

Will everything be destroyed? What abouth things without accelereation? Will they resist? I’m interested in what would happen with zero gravity within 10 seconds. Thank you for your help!

Here is the thing to remember: Even things that are standing still are traveling about 1000 miles per hour because of the earths rotation. Gravity is what keeps everything from accelerating off the planet. Think about when you are in a car and take a turn to fast you are pressed against the door. Imagine the car is the earth and gravity is the door. If gravity ceases you fly out because friction alone is not strong enought to hold you. So essentially any object moves in a continuous straight path at roughly 1000 miles per hour until it encounters another object. This is the most obvious change that would be noticed. Someone who is extra ordinarily calm in crisis and observant may also notice time runs a little faster, distance grow a little farther, colors may change shade or hue. These are do to the fact that gravity bends space and time, so cancel gravity and things “straighten out”.

What happens to a fish swimming in zero gravity?

In a zero gravity environment, if water is not contained it would float around freely like an amorphous blob. What would happen if there was a fish inside of the water? Would it actually be able to swim inside of it?

Yes, because the fish pushes against the particles of water to move; it doesn’t need gravity.

This is analogous to a plane flying in the air; planes use the air (and not the ground) to move.

Does the global heat warming catch peoples attention as a concern?

The global heat warming will probaly make the summers longer and the winters shorter, so is this fact considered as a concern or is it considered as something that’s not so seriuos?

The fact of global warming is very real and indeed a threat to civilization as we know it. With the rise of the oceans as the polar ice melts we will see entire countries go underwater. We will see the state of Florida disappear (no loss there) as will most of the state of Louisiana and half of Texas (no loss there either). The country of Bangladesh will be 80% underwater. Micronesia will disappear. The Great Barrier Reef will be so far underwater that the corals will die — no more reef.

The predictions are that sea level will rise between 150 and 300 feet just from the melting of the polar ice. This does not take into account the absorption of heat by the oceans which will expand them even farther to as much as 500 feet above current levels. Ocean front property in Arizona, USA anyone? Ever hear of Death Valley, CA How about the new Sea of Death Valley.
Or the San Joaquin Valley, CA Sea. The loss of corp lands will be in the hunderds of millions of acres. The super storms that will result from global warming will dwarf anything ever seen by mankind short of the flood of the Bible.

I want to open a massage therapy business where should I start?

I recently graduated and became board certified in massage therapy in the state of TX. I want to open a business and I have found a great location at great price. I need to know the step I should take to oepn the business. Where should I go for permits and what type of employee numbers do I need. Thanks for all your help.

First, go to your local downtown and find some scantily clad women with strong hands…..then, tint the the windows to your “massage parlor” so nobody can see what is going on in there. Next, you’ll need a guy named Bruno to guard the door. After that, charge more for happy endings…..

I went to school for Massage Therapy and took the national board test and didnt pass it……?

I didnt pass the national board for massage therapy the first time. What should I do different than before? Any websites or books that have study guides?

If at first you don’t succeed…study some more and try again. By all means, but make sure you’re ready before you drop another couple hundred bucks on a re-take.

There are a number of good study guides out there. One web site I found helpful was evolve: https://evolve.elsevier.com/staticPages/s_index.html

It’s a little confusing to find it, but if you create an account (free), you can access study guides and practice tests related to the massage therapy textbooks published by evolve/elsevier. I found the practice exams really helpful.

If you haven’t already, get a hold of the NCBTMB study guide – it’s 40 bucks or so, maybe you can find a classmate or two and split the cost and share it.

Spend some time de-briefing yourself. I know you don’t get to see your results, but think about what questions you had the most difficulty with. What areas seemed to be your weakness on taking the test? Dig back into these.

Find a classmate or fellow massage practitioner who has recently passed the test. Buy him/her lunch and pick their brains about their experience with the test, and tips for passing.

Finally, don’t wait too long – it only gets harder as more time passes…

Can you use a reptile infrared heat lamp to keep baby chicks and cuklings warm?

Yes, you want to place the lamp so the temp. for new chicks is about 102 F. You want to have the light covering only about 50% of the area the chicks will be in. This allows them to get out from the heat if they want. If the chicks bunch on top of each other they need more heat. If they lay down panting away from each other they are too hot.

After the second week, lower the average temp. two degrees/wk.

Does such a programme exist? Where you have a basic shape/body and face, then you can make the character thinner, thicker, younger or older. Change the beard, hair, eye colour and the shape of the eyes etc.

Well, I have an Ugly Stick 5’ UL with a Garcia Mitchell 308 UL with 4# test. I have used this combo, and several more using the Garcia Mitchell 300 series reels (I am a fan) for maybe 30 years. Unfortunately the reel is no longer available new retail but I’ve seen quite a few on EBay. Nothing like UL fishing, even the little ones feel like big’uns. Good luck.
