During a demonstration of the operation of a passenger chemical oxygen generator the panel was manually opened and the masks deployed. The lanyard was pulled but no oxygen flowed from the hose to the face masks? Can anyone diagnose possible faults in this scenario?? Thanks
Lanyard broke thus not activating the canister. The igniter is faulty. The canister is already used and not replaced. The hose has a kink or is disconnected from canister.

Too much oxygen is actually bad for the body. It is an oxidizer after all. Since the atmosphere is about 20% oxygen aren’t you getting a free oxygen facial all day long for free. Just about every product that tried to use oxygen turned out to be not to good. I wouldn’t every try it.

I have tried many drug store facial products. I suffer from black heads and red blemishes on my cheeks and nose. I find that certain products dry my skin to a crisp and moisturizing after prevents the dried effects but makes my skin look and feel oily.
Does anyone know of any facial products that are affordable (Walmart, Shoppers etc.) that they have had success with?
I absolutely love Aveeno Clear Complexion foaming face wash and moisturizing lotion. I won’t use anything else at all! It makes my skin so smooth and the tone of my skin has improved 100%. I have both oily and dry skin and I don’t have any problems at all. Make sure you splash cold water on your face after you wash with luke warm water to close the pores of you skin!!! This product is at Walmart!

I agree with the first girl. When I was in high school everybody tanned. Now only a handful of those girls I know continue to tan. I used to go tanning occasionally, but I don’t any more. If I want some color I prefer something like Jergen’s or Dove moisterizing lotion w/ subtle color because it just brings out your skin tone making it look glowy rather than turning you orange like the other sunless tanners. Being pale is pretty too I think.

When should I start to pitch the older ones?
If you store things out of the sun and heat they will last a bit longer, realistically they will last probably 5 years or more under good conditions but after 2 years I would just check that they smell good and are still the right color and haven’t crusted over. Don’t worry too much its very unlikely they would do you any harm. If you are bored of the scents you could turn them into a scrub or add to a soap to make it kinder on your hands.
I sometimes put some in a smaller container in my purse or in guest bathroom or in the coffee table so I use them up quicker.
