What is a good skin toner for eczema (dry skin)?
i was recommended to use a skin toner after showering. which skin toner product in particular is suitable for dry skin?

I use one called Unguentum M
It really help mine because my sin get EXTREMELY try after a shower or bath.
Depending where your from depends if you can get it or not. Unless they do it anywhere?
I live in Britain so may be different if your from anywhere else.
Also emulsifying Ointment is not too bad, bit greasy though!

What’s the purpose of a skin toner?
I have no idea what a skin toner is supposed to do. I just know you’re supposed to apply it after cleanser, and before acne cream/anti-aging cream/sunscreen, but I don’t know what it’s supposed to do.
