What are the benefits of Ice cubes face massage?

How to make Face Cradle covers for a Massage Table?
Does anyone have a pattern for these or can tell me how to make them? They are way too expensive to buy, so I figured since I have a sewing machine, I could make them on my own for much less. I would like to make them with the elastic around the edge also.

If you want a pattern, simply take one apart, make your pattern & sew away.
