What would you do?
We had Time Warner cable people installing a new phone at our house a few weeks ago. The man who came out to the house was kinda rude. When my husband had gotten home from work, he noticed the adapter to the Chair Massager was gone. The cable man had taken it by mistake when he picked up his equipment. We have tried almost every day to contact them and Time Warner tells us they will try to locate him to return it. We have yet to hear anything. We paid $99 for this chair massager. What would you do?
Time Warner uses contractors that are not necessarily employees of the company. I’ve had really good luck dealing with Time Warner directly, but you probably need to talk to a supervisor or manager. Be diplomatic when talking to them, but explain that it is a significant issue for you and is affecting your impression of the company and could affect future business. Find out if the person who came to your house is one of their independent contractors and see if they will let you call him directly.

i bought an igia leg and thigh massager off ebay recently and the woman did not send the instructions with the equipment. its not working and i dont know if im doing something wrong or if she just sent me a bad product. if you could PLEASE tell me step by step how to use this thing i would gladly appreciate it! thanks!
