I want to know if anyone has any positive feedback on that new galloping Exercise Machine? It’s called the osim igallop and is made exclusively for brookstone store and on their website. I’ve gone on the machine before and it was fun but I want to know if it really strengthens your body or helps lose weight?

A poor man’s Sybian? They say the manufacturer switched the emphasis to horses to alleviate the concerns that it looked too much like a Sybian.

Is this some type of exercise for tai chi..what is it called?

what is it called when you have one leg on something, then the other leg somewhere else. Let’s say I had two stacked mattress beds on the right of me and the left of me…I’m in between the mattress then I put one of my feet on one mattress and the other foot on the other one while standing up. I seen this guy doing it on a movie named ong bak…he was on a tree…what is it called?

Why do people use fitted sheets in the US?

Almost everyone in the US uses fitted sheets on their beds but in Europe it’s all flat sheets? Why is that? What’s the difference? It’s hard to even find fitted sheets in the stores in some countries. Isn’t that a weird difference?
In England you buy two flat sheets. They are longer and you tuck them under like in a hospital or a hotel in the states. I know the difference between the two kinds of sheets I just wonder why the fitted sheets aren’t more popular in other places.

I live in the USA and am 60 years old. When I was young we only had flat sheets as well. The fitted sheets stay firmly in place on the mattress while the flat sheet tends to pull out and makes the bed look sloppy. The only issue with fitted sheets is that it takes a little patience to get the hang of folding them. In the US the flat sheets are made smaller than they were in the past and are now loo small to be able to be tucked in all around the mattress.

What can I do about shoulder pain in my arm while I do push-ups?

I do about ten push-ups and where my arm meets my shoulder starts to hurt really bad. Even after stopping, it hurts when I move my arm. After a few days, the pain stops; but as soon as I exert myself, it hurts again. Any clues as to what is happening? Any ideas as to what I can do to prevent or stop this?

Try a hot tub or hot shower and see if it gives you any relief. Nerve pain will not feel better after but muscles will.

Can anyone help me with this aircraft oxygen system question I had on a JAR aircraft engineering test?

During a demonstration of the operation of a passenger chemical oxygen generator the panel was manually opened and the masks deployed. The lanyard was pulled but no oxygen flowed from the hose to the face masks? Can anyone diagnose possible faults in this scenario?? Thanks

Lanyard broke thus not activating the canister. The igniter is faulty. The canister is already used and not replaced. The hose has a kink or is disconnected from canister.

Too much oxygen is actually bad for the body. It is an oxidizer after all. Since the atmosphere is about 20% oxygen aren’t you getting a free oxygen facial all day long for free. Just about every product that tried to use oxygen turned out to be not to good. I wouldn’t every try it.
