Equipment Stress
which is the best exercising equipment to keep fit for someone suffering from arthritis in the knees?
I’m planning to buy an exercising equipment to keep fit but at the same time should not give strain or stress to my knees. What are the various options available? I heard that stationary bike and Elliptical trainer are good. What about treadmill which is generally not recommended for people suffering from arthritis but at the same time is said to be better than walking on pavements.
you should stick with the elliptical then. I love the treadmill but my knee pain isnt very life-limiting.
consider upright-bikes. they dont really create a lot of stress on the knees if you keep the pedal-resistance low. Recumbant bikes dont really help anyone get in shape, theyre the socializing and reading chairs of the gym.

Can my previous employer charge me for lost equipment?
I was given a company phone to use while I was working there, however the phone was stolen, and the day after I officially quit my job due to too much stress coincidentally. When the phone and package slip came to my home it was totaled at 0.00$ even if they had to pay for the device wouldn’t it have already be a tax right off.?
So can my previous employer hold my last paycheck or deduct from my paycheck?
Can they deduct from your check for their cost for the phone? Yes, they can. At least, in my state, there is no law that precludes it as long as the check you receive is not less than federal minimum wage for your hours worked. You are responsible for any company issued equipment. Will they? I don’t know.
