it is 4 or 5 inches past my shoulders. I want to weat it down. Also what is the best all natural organic body wash?

I don’t know if the company is organic or not, all i remember is they don’t test on animals, but Aussie products have worked really well for me. I have super curly, frizzy hair and they have a great “three minute miracle” conditioner.

The particular item I am inflating is designed with plastic accouterments. Once the mattress is filled, with valves tightly closed, it is possible to hear and feel air gradually escaping from the exhaust, about a 3/4 ” opening with a bottle-top cap for closure.

Grease the threads of the exhaust with vasoline. The air wont be able to escape between the threads with a good amount of vasoline or any other kind of grease, vasoline is probably the safest grease to use on there. You can also wrap the threads with Teflon tape, found in the plumbing aisle of the hardware store. Prevents threaded pipes from leaking water…good enough for an air mattress

anybody here ever reduce wrinkles by eating fruits and vegetables?

i heard so many say that what you eat can reduce them, especially if you eat fruits and vegetables. so i want to know if its really true. so has anybody here ever actually reduce wrinkles by eating the right kind of foods?

The problem with people saying fruits and veggies reduce wrinkles, is they have no baseline. every persons chemistry is unique and would give different results. plus the studies would have to be done over SERVERAL decades to get an accurate average.

Just looking at it from a nutrition standpoint, if you eat fatty foods and such, you will get fat. your fat will stretch your skin. as you age, you might lose the weight a little, and skin will sag. eating fruits and veggies regularly might reduce your hunger and you might not gain as much weight.

dont worry about wrinkles, hair color, shrinking due to wear and tear on cartilige/bones, or kids stepping on your grass. live life to the fullest, and enjoy it. who knows. worrying about wrinkles could CAUSE wrinkles!

FOR WRINKLES:
* Apply egg whites to the skin under your eyes. Egg whites contain several vitamins and will help to nourish as well as tighten your skin. This is an excellent method to reduce wrinkles naturally and so in addition to applying it under your eyes, you can apply it to your forehead and other areas of your skin that are prone to wrinkling. Odor-free castor oil can be applied to the skin under the eyes or on that of the throat.

* add 3 Vitamin E capsules into a small bowl. Add to this 2 tsps plain yogurt, 1/2 tsp honey and 1/2 tsp lemon juice. Apply this mixture on the face using a cotton ball. Leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse. This is one of the simplest natural anti wrinkle face creams and is an especially effective anti wrinkle treatment for men.

* A mixture of 1/4 cup comfrey infusion, 1/4 cup witch hazel and 10 drops of patchouli essential oil is effective in treating wrinkles. This can be stored in a clean bottle and applied on affected areas with a cotton ball. There are several natural anti wrinkle creams that work well when used on a regular basis but it is important to be patient and expect results only after a week or two of using these creams.

* Gently massage coconut oil on portions of skin prone to wrinkles every night a bedtime. Virgin coconut oil mixed with a few drops of Vitamin E oil is one of the best deep wrinkle creams and often produces visible results within a week of using them.

* A paste of turmeric made with sugarcane juice is great to get rid of wrinkles and slow skin aging.

* Cut a green grape in half and gently crush it on your face on the wrinkles. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water and let it dry in natural air.

* Rub the core of pineapple on the face and leave it for 10-15 minutes before rinsing off. This works well on fine wrinkles.

* Make a deep moisturizing cream out of a few spoons of fresh cream, a slice of avocado, a handful of flax seeds, and a spoon of honey. Puree all these ingredients in a blender to obtain a smooth cream and apply it to your skin. Allow it to remain on for at least an hour and then wash it off with cold water.

* Applying juice of green pineapples and apples on the face daily for 10-15 minutes is good for fine wrinkles and cracked skin.

* pure castor oil regularly prevents wrinkles. It would be best to mix the castor oil along with a small amount of lemon juice before applying it to the affected areas of your skin as lemon juice.

* One of the best methods is freshly prepared puree made out of a small piece of raw papaya and a piece of banana.Use this remedy at least once a week to help prevent and treat wrinkle
FOR DARK CIRCLES:

1) thin sliced cucumber on top of each eye for 15 to 20 minutes, twice a day

2) A mixture of almond oil and honey should be applied on the affected area every night before bedtime.

3) Consume at least two to three liters of water on a daily basis.

4) Tea bags are known to be very effective in curing dark circles. A cold tea bag should be put on top of each eye for 10 to 15 minutes everyday.

5) Make a paste of fresh mint leaves and add a few drops of lime juice in it. Apply the mixture on the eyes and the dark circles for 10 to 15 minutes everyday and see the difference in two to three weeks.
6) Apply two to three drops of rose water on a cotton ball and gently massage on the affected area of the eye for five to six minutes. You will see the result in two to three weeks.

bout 12 yrs ago..when i was a girl in school ..i got my 1st kitten which was an adorable brown bundle n was so unique… the crazy kitten loved to play with me n my sister and i have so many memories with that kitten . when he was like 3 months old ..he got this small rash on his neck which spread alittle .n i took him to the vet.now i am talking bout a country like Bangladesh where u dnt have good vets for cats.or atleast in the area i stayed in. the vet gave 2 medicines n told me 2 get back in a few days. WHAT THE STUPID VET DDNT SAY WAS TO C DAT THE KITTEN DOESNT EAT IT. i came home n put the med on his rash n saw he licked it right away . so i put it again n made a cone out of paper n stapled it around her neck (thanx to animal planet i knew dat) but after 15 mints i saw my kitten dizzy and behaving weird. and i thought its playing with me but then when i called my mom i understood what really happened. my kitten fell and it never got the strength to come up…it died within a few hrs…. i stayed up whole night next to it..in the morning my mom took it from me to bury in our garden. its been a long time since this happened. now i have a family of my own. i have a cat whs 9 yrs old ( another crazy specimen) but u know what… i still wish i had my 1st kitten . i wish i could do something at dat moment so it cud still b here. it was very special. so i really hope u take good care of ur cat.thanx if u had the patience to read my story.

Is there any home remedy that can be used for a 16 yr old cat who is constipated and feeling unwell?

She is getting in and out of her litter box every few minutes, yowling, her ears are warmer than usual, uncomfortable, licking her hind end frequently. she means the world to me, i need help making her feel better, please.

if she is yowling, she needs to be taken to the vet.
she may be impacted.

I would not try a home remedy on her at this point, it could be dangerous if you perforated her anus, etc…
she is already in pain, the vet will know what to do, then will give her something preventative for constipation.

my vet said metamucil, but it isn’t working for our cat so far.

The bottom line on buying american vs buy imports. when buying american the money ultimately stays here and keeps many people employed. Buying imports does keep some americans employed, but the profits go overseas to the HQ of Honda or Toyota.

When I was young I thought that way, massage therapy is a turn on to the next step, sex, but being older I realize that massage therapy is a huge step to detoxification of the body. I am so happy that there are such things as a Deep Tissue massage. I ask for one every birthday and christmas and during spring break. That’s when I need it the most.

I want to be a personal trainer or a massage therapist, but my parents want me to go to college. What could I do, which would not require me to work in a hospital?

Here is something to consider. Both a personal trainer certification and a massage therapy certification/license (depending on your state) can be accomplished within a year. Some schools that teach massage also have a personal training certification program. So, the first year into post-secondary education, you can train and explore the idea of being a personal trainer and a massage therapist. After that first year, you will have available to you very flexible and very profitable part-time opportunities with personal training and massage. [Compare this to a $6-$9 per hour job in food service, etc. You could be spending less time working, earning $15-$30 per hour depending on the situation.] Then, the second year of schooling can be dedicated to a degree track (i.e. pre-physical therapy, pre-med, etc.) which will further strengthen your knowledge in the sciences behind the personal training and massage work you are already putting into practice. A business degree can even complement what you are doing if you want to manage or own a business. Look at the trade schools as a beginning rather than an ultimate career. I agree with your parents that you should complete college since those years you are in college teach you much more about life beyond the academics. Many students take 5-6 years to finish a bachelor’s degree anyway. However, at the end of your 5-6 six years you would have a personal training certification, a massage license, a bachelor’s degree and roughly 4-5 years of practical experience, if you followed this plan. For a new college grad, this would be very, very marketable for either a career decision or even additional schooling (PT school, MED school, Chiropractic College, etc.). There are many healthcare opportunities available without needing to work in a hospital. Best wishes…
