Magic Wand
how do i magic wand something onto another picture in photoshop elements 5?

hopefully my last question today about photoshop 5 :]
okay, im trying to take a hair bow off one pic and put it on another. i got it completely outlined with the magic wand, but i dont know what to do after that :/

Once selected you can use the ‘Copy’ command (Ctrl-c, or Command-c on a Mac) to copy your hair bow, then go to the other picture and ‘Paste’ (Ctrl-p) it in your other picture. I think it will appear selected by default, so just drag it to where you want it. I think ‘Drag and Drop’ works in PShop 5 too (I use a much later version). Try it – click and hold on your selected bow and drag it over to the other image (you need both images visible to do that).
Good luck

Can I create lineart using the magic wand tool?

I have Photoshop Elements 6. I know that the magic wand is the selection tool, but someone told me it can make lines dark and smooth. Can I really do this, and if so, how?
Thanks!
