Has anyone used a Vibration Exercise/Massage Machine?
The Vibration machine seems to be the latest craze advertised in the local paper and on eBay etc.
Has anyone used one of these machines and got the ‘promised’ weight loss or had any good/bad experiences with it?
i used one long back but didn’t find it to be very effective i would rather prefer the ones which give out heat (cause they make u sweat) instead of vibrations as sweating makes u lose weight and as the answer above me says vibrations can cause Muscle Pain.

i am thinking of buying a Whole Body machine for home to use with my running?
Is whole body vibration machines good for health and worth the money?
in my opinion, it saves money from going to the massage parlor. but i dont think all that electronic machine is good for the body. that’s just my opinion.
