What are multiple reasons on why my Razor Ultra Pro Hi scooter’s front wheel is not aligned with the bar?
Detailed reasons, this is really bugging my friend and me.
if you mean the wheel points in a different direction than the bars than just loosen the headset and straighten them out then it will be fine.
if you mean the wheel is at an angle then either the axle is loose or the fork is bent so ya

Are Konami Yugioh sleeves better than ultra pro and players choice?
I don’t know which sleeves I should buy 
They’re not necessarily better. Personally I prefer them because they feel sturdier, but they tend to stick together which is annoying. Also you can get themed ones. For example, I run a dragon deck around the Blue-Eyes White Dragon and my card sleeves have the Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon on them.
