How do you get rid of cellulite?
My thighs are kind of thick and i’m starting to get a little cellulite. It’s nothing major but I want to get rid of it before this gets out of control. So do you exercise? Eat healthy? Please help!!!!
There’s really nothing you can do. It’s usually hereditary..Almost every girl has it.
My eating disorder started because of my cellulite..I hated it so much. I’d do anything to get rid of it..When I got down to 84lbs there really wasn’t a difference.. I still had it…
When I went into recovery I was exercising a lot. and eating a lot healthier..
So when I went back to a normal weight. my cellulite is not that visible anymore..
I think it was because I lost fat in that area, and I got some muscle on my legs, and I was eating a clean diet..
I recommend you workout at least 3 days a week, try doing some leg exercises like squats.
get a yoga ball and dumbbells and do wall squats.
If not squats then lunges.. And take up a yoga or pilates classes. It tones your Whole Body!
and get at least 30-40 minutes of cardio 3-4 days a week, More if you can..
and eat a healthy diet! more fruits and vegetables, low-fat dairy products like cottage cheese, plain yogurts, skim milk, and lean meats like chicken, turkey, tuna, salmon, eat ONLY whole grains! try and get organic grain products, rice, bread, pastas, etc
and eat healthy fats, these are most important for cellulite (I think) because healthy fats contain omega 3 oils and vitamins and minerals that’s SO GOOD for your body and it’s great for your skin, hair, and nails. It keeps your skin looking flawless and your hair shiny and healthy. So eat plenty of avocados, natural peanut butter, nuts like almonds, peanuts, etc. and olive oils..
Don’t eat junk food at all.
fried, sugary, greasy, fattening, salty junk food just packs on pounds and creates MORE cellulite
