How can a vegetarian build muscle?
I’m vegetarian and I need to build up muscle, what would be the best way to do this? Are beans and pulses my best option? Thanks.

can electric pulses build muscle?
im wondering if small electric pulses can build muscles.
No it doesn’t work and yes I tried it many years ago. It takes an overload on the muscles to make them grow and resistance exercises are the best to stimulate muscle growth.
