Massage Cushion or Foot Massager?
I need some advice in this… Some Idea? I need a massager for Foot Massage and Back Massage aswell, what do you thing should I buy?
Forget the Back Cushion. I have had a bad back for years, I have had several sessions with a chiropractor and an acupuncturist, I also had reflexology, physiotherapy and nothing worked.
I also used various kinds of back supports and cushions. A few months ago I had a flair up and the pain was dreadful.
Last week my grandsons Rugby ball was closer than my back support, I grabbed this and put if between my bench seat and my back. Later I started pushing my feet on the floor and elevating my bottom, this resulted in the ball rolling up my spine, when I sit down slowly if rolls down. I do this a few times every day, the relief has been tremendous. If you do not have a chair with a solid back, just use a wall. I also go upstairs on my knees several times a day and this helps too. Perhaps you could try a Rugby ball on your feet too.

could use the seat cushion at work? she has her own office? or are the seat massager only for cars or soemthing?
