Is having a back massager at 15 bad?
I got a seat top Shiatsu Massager for Christmas this year. I’m 15 and I love it! I don’t have back problems or anything And my back rarely hurts. I just love the feeling of massages. I was wondering if having a back massager that I use often ok at my age. Will it hurt me or affect my future? Will it increase my chances of having back problems in the future? Is it unhealthy at my age? Thanks Btw I’m a guy
Although I’m no expert, I don’t think this will cause any harm. As far as I know, it’s good because it’s therapeutic.

There are like 2 red blotches and The head is kinda painful like if I kinda squeeze it hurts and leaving it alone feels uncomfortable
