I need some advice. What is a good way to give some one a good body massage? Do i need to some cream on my hands?

I love to give a massage to my man or a family member.
Make sure that the oil or lotion is warmed. You can run it under warm water close to hot but not hot. Then the person should be laying on the stomach undressed. They don’t have to be totally undressed if they aren’t comfortable with that.
Take the lotion after it has been warmed and put some in your hands rub together and start on the shoulders working your way down. Make sure you massage the muscles and not the spine.
You want to use circular motion to start the massage so start from the inside close to the spine and use a circular motion to massage out toward the shoulder blade.

Then one of the most sensitive areas would be the lower back there might be a fleshy part right at the tail bone. Which is the end of the spine right above the butt. It would be fleshy and feels sore when you massage it. But it feels good too lol. then you could massage the legs and then the feet whoohoo. i love the feet cause its the foundation to our body. the feet is so important to have massaged. Then a head temple and head massage at the end.
