Does anyone know of any restaurants in Kennebunkport, Maine that carry gluten free menus?
I have celiac disease and will be going to Kennebunkport in July. I was wanting to know if anyone had any recommendations for restaurants there that had gluten free menus.
Hi. Someone beat me to listing the usual ones, but here’s a suggestion. Go to www.csaceliacs.org. Click “Local Support”. Look up the chapter in the state u are going to and see if there is anyone near the area u will be visiting. That person should have an email or phone contact info and u can try calling them and finding otu what is nearby. (They should have an idea of what to tell u bc they will live there and they SHOULD have that info for their own chapter!!)

Are all Rapidshares free and do any of them carry viruses?
A little while ago I download a music file off of Rapidshare and I was wondering if all Rapidshare downloads are free and if any of them carry viruses.
yes they are free.rapidshare itself is ok but there is no guarantee the file itself is clean.they usually are but always download the file and save first.then right click the file with your anti-virus and scan before you open it.i downloaded a file from them before and it set my anti-virus off big time.never assume the file is safe until scanned.
