how do I eat raw apricot kernels?

looks like all the cells of veggieL have been destroyed by all those apricot kernels that veggieL has been eating all the time. There are other testimonies, anecdotal as far as I can tell, of people ingesting this compound and having good effects (cancer remission)
I did not ask *should* I eat them, rather *how* to eat them. This being said, I DO think the editorializing in some of the ans were informative. I have since learned that you can simply crack the nut w/ a nutcracker and eat the kernel — IF you want.
in my family we have always eaten them and they taste so good just crack the shell using a glass bottle and eat the inside it’s so good it tastes like nuts (raw ones)

if she mixed water with crushed apricot kernel or whatever she said that, she could make a poison? I don’t know she said something like if she crushed an apricot seed or whatever and mixed it with water she could make a poison.I really hope she doesn’t do it!
There is a little bit of cyanide in apricot pits.
