Using a Foot Massager with a Pacemaker ….?
I bought my Nana today a “Booty Foot Warmer-Massager”, ….. was about to mail it off, and I saw a warning “not to be used with people who has a pacemaker’.
Now I don’t want to send my Nana to an early grave … but why?
Why can’t people with a pacemaker use such a simple thing?
She could really do with this as she’s in a home and she’s not allowed to wear socks or slippers as she trips all the time…
I thought this would have been the perfect gift for her

G’day K Bear. It probably has to do with magnetic fields produced by the vibrating gizmo inside. Pacemakers are designed to give a tiny electrical stimulus to heart muscles, these bits of electric current are really small. But they mean wires inside the body and the magnetic fields can induce a little current in the wires, which will stimulate the heart at the wrong time.
People with pacemakers are usually warned against going near big electric motors or generators. The ones in fridges and washing machines though are usually safe, they are surrounded by steel which stops most of the fields from getting out.

Lol You Funny, But Hands Get Tired Sometime You Know Lol
Yeah. It would be sweet.
But she could also get the message that you’re sick of rubbing her feet. Even if you’re not. xD
