Set Natural Do I need to dry and straighten my natural hair to roller set it or should it stay wet?
I wanted to know if I needed to straighten my hair to do a roller set or if I can start the roller set after I wash it while it is still wet. Does it matter either way. I am natural
If I straighten it I am still gonna use some setting lotion or leave in conditioner to set it I just want to know if it needs to be straight first. I want a spiral set I am gonna flat twist the hair up and have it come down the middle in a spiral set.
Wet hair has more elasticity, so roll it while still damp. That way you get a good stretch to conform to the roller and as it dries it’s going to shrink back a bit and retain the smoother rolled look better than using all the heat. Put a little tension on it when you roll, don’t pull so hard and wind so tight that it hurts but do use some tension. And don’t use brush rollers, they can break and damage the hair shaft. those plastic bristles are extremely sharp at the end if you ever look at under a microscope.
roller sets last much longer and give much firmer control than dry sets or heat styling without the damage.
Also use a good setting/styling product before rolling, something with cyclomethicone, dimethicone, any word ending in
-cone. It’ll give it a smooth shine and help protect the hair especially in dry indoor heat.

It is very taxing physically, but as long as you take care of your body, you’ll be able to do it for a long time. Use good posture, don’t hyperextend your wrists or fingers, stay in good physical shape, strengthen the muscle groups you use most often and their antagonists, set a good daily limit for giving treatments and don’t compromise it, and get regular massages yourself.

I suggest to pick out your bedding first. This way you are using that as a guide for additional colors in the room. It is always easier to decorate a room after your soft goods have been chosen instead of the opposite.

You need to improve your vertical jump height, so lift some weights, do squats and lunges. then try some jump squats (with a lot less weight) just squat down and then as you come up, jump as high as you can. This will all take time, you won’t see results right away.

I am doing a research project about “Prince”. For the project, we have to have a “box” of some sort to store all of our written works in. I wanted to paint a wooden box purple, and engrave Prince’s symbol onto the top. Calf Foot the arch of my right foot, and my calf hurt really really bad?
i also have flat feet.its like my calf is tightened up. and my arch of my foot hurts soooo bad.like when i pull my big toe TOWARDS ME. i dont know what to do. my mom gave me one of her antibiotics,which was for bladder infection lol. and then i took 2 ibpruofen or however you spell it. do i need to put heat or cold to my foot??
and should i be walkin on it. or should i put my leg up??
It sounds like you have Plantar Facitis. Put some water in a small paper cup, freeze them. After they’re frozen take one out and roll your Foot Back and forth over the frozen paper cup. Do this 2 or 3 times a day. Also, begin wall stretching exercises to stretch the Archilies heel …stretch and hold, don’t bounce. This can also be taped. It will take a little time to heal. Ibuprofen can be used but don’t take very much, else you will then have stomach problems.

How do you get rid of those cramps in your calf and foot?
I eat bananas and stretch before I go swimming because that’s when I usually get it.
But what do you do when you are having one? I just had one recently in my calf and when i touched the bottom of my foot my whole leg went numb and stiff. It hurt so bad I cried! I didn’t know what to do, so i sat there trying to keep my leg as straight as possible but the pain kept coming in worse and worse.
I also had one at the bottom of my foot and my foot started to bend and bend by itself and i couldn’t control it. It was so scary!! I had to force it straight again with my hands! It hurt just as bad as the one in my calf. Please, I don’t ever want to feel this pain again..
you are having what are called charleyhorses. It happened to me when i was pregnant, (that is common) It is difficult to think what to do when in one position, your feet stop hurting, and in another, the legs stop, but its not the same position. What i have found works for me is to get up and stand on my legs, and walk around the house. I also after five or so minutes, sit or lie down and put my legs in the position that does not trigger the cramps, and try and go limp. (Getting tense tends to bring them back for me.) I found a site that discusses them, and one of the reasons it mentions is you have an electrolye imbalance. Maybe you need to get a sports drink and drink it before and then after your workout. it couldnt hurt. Hang in there!
Power Massager Cigarette Lighter in Toyota Tundra Zapped Something!?
I plugged a vibrating Back Massager into a Tundra (17k miles) and the following happened: vibrated strangely, pulled it out. Clock went out at sme point but came back on. Immediate rough idle and rough drive. Cigarette lighter only heats up to lukewarm. Nav system sporadically acting wacky and screen getting hot. Auto dim on Nav stopped working. Radio soon after has lost it’s “power”, no more rich, booming sound…have to turn it way up and it sounds weak. All fuses inside & under hood checked twice & were fine. No codes present. I have stopped driving it as some of these things were progressive, such as the Nav system acting oddly. Note: the back massager is completely dead…a short I would presume. I really need help with this. Any ideas would be appreciated
Check the ground connection between the engine and the frame. If it’s bad, everything electrical will act up.
Somebody who knows how to use a voltmeter could probably track down the problem in two minutes.

Can a copper wire that is powered to a 12V car outlet brun through cotton?
I’m in an engineering class and I’m trying to invent a heated covering for a gear shift. I need to know if a 12V outlet will heat copper wires enough to brun through cotton. Or will it be better to use car seat material or those potable massagers material. An adapter will come from the outlet and into the covering to heat the interior copper wires, thus heating the gear shift. Am I clear or confusing?
when copper wire is heated, too much amperage, it will burn through the rubber coating that is specifically made for it. so yeh you would have a fire on your hands. like some others have said copper is a conductor. heating elements are made of resistors. that’s why they heat up. the resistance to current flow causes heat. you also need a thermostat to control the current flow. if not you’ll just have a nice carbecue

Any exercise ideas for toning the butt and back of the thighs?
I am a slim and in good shape but my backside and thighs defiantly need work. I don’t care if it makes my butt bigger or smaller I just want to be toner, Any links with instructions would be greatly appreciated.
Squats and lunges work fabulously for the but and the back of the legs.
Start out with just your body weight and slowly incorporate weights. Weights have done wonders for my rear. I’m real short so I tend to carry majority of my weight on my lower half and these exercises have lifted my butt and I now have no cellulite. Like I said, start with just your body weight, then use weights and when on set of weights gets too easy, pick up a heavier pair.
I started lifting weights about a year ago and not I squat 125lbs and lungs 40lbs with three sets of 10 to 15.
Of course your diet has to be pretty clean to get the best results.
