It would be IMPOSSIBLE to give an exact measurement as some have tried- because there is a foot on the ladder (mine is about 4″ and you have not told us whether we are measuring from the front or back of the foot @ 5′. Even without a foot, a ladder has a thickness, and again are we measuring from the front or backside?

To touch a 10 foot ring and im 6 foot 1
so basically touching the rim of a basketball hoop. I’m 6’0 and can do it. but i’m really athletic and have a 6’4 wingspan. You need to improve your vertical jump height, so lift some weights, do squats and lunges. then try some jump squats (with a lot less weight) just squat down and then as you come up, jump as high as you can. This will all take time, you won’t see results right away.
