So yes can you tell me both the benefits of using both oil and cream in a massage??? And also the downside of it? Thanks

i am doing a massage course and this is a question in there
cream- usually used on normal/oily/combination skin and has high oil content so when you’re doing the Massage Your hands can glide over without dragging.
oil- usually used on dry/ mature skin, more gentler on the skin and hands tend to slip more on the skin

I also heard that almond oil prevents and reduces stretch marks during pregnancy,is that correct?
