Are there any massage places that have therapists certified in pregnancy massage?
I’ve never been to a spa or had a Professional Massage. How much does a massage session usually cost? I’m 8 months pregnant, my back is killing me, my Whole Body is sore and my feet are swollen and bruised.
Best answer goes to anyone who can find a place in the Oklahoma City area with certified pregnancy massage therapists.
Other than getting a massage, elevating my feet, drinking water, is there anything I can do about my bruised feet? I bought some super soft socks and slippers last night which help but I can’t rest as much as I should because I’m now “nesting” and have to prepare the house for the baby as well as regular chores everyday.

I’m moving, and I’m trying to pare stuff way, way down. I’m taking our most essential stuff (clothes, a few books and kitchen things) in my car. My partner’s driving down a truck about a month and a half later. We need a place to sleep during that month and a half. Of course anything can catch fire if you set it on fire. Just having it plugged in won’t do it no matter how long you leave it in. Portable Finger What to look for in a Keyboard for a beginner?
Okay, I have no Keyboard/Piano experience and I am now serious about learning how to play.. So I’m interesting in buying a “Beginner” keyboard to start learning. I’m not looking for anything fancy, just something so I can begin to learn the keys and finger work down. But I want something that will allow me to upgrade into the advanced or “real” Keyboard pianos without having to relearn everything.
So, here’s my limits:
Size ~ I have to have something “Portable”. Anything too big I just can’t have because of my living arrangement..
Price ~ I’m looking for something under $100, but I want something that’s decent that will last, but not expensive because I want to upgrade later.
Other Stuff ~ I don’t care about anything extra other than just learning the keys and finger work, so extra stuff beyond that is irrelevant to me.
Another Question: How many keys do you suggest?
I’ve looked at a few beginner keyboards and they all have different numbers of keys.

I know of some pulse oxygen machines that are portable and kind of ‘clip’ onto the finger and use light and other things to measure the amount of oxygen saturation in the blood. It doesn’t prick the finger at all. Is this what you’re talking about?
i have this Horrible knot in my neck, the back right side. it started out as a marble, then a golfball, now bigger but not quite softball sized. I have had it all summer. i have tried massaging it myself, others(not prof.) icey-hot, hot press, cold press, it hurts sooo bad, sometimes i can’t even move my neck. the pain comes and goes, but is mostly in morning and evening. also pain in upper right sholderblade area. could this be some kind of tumor?

It sounds like you’ve got a hemorage in your brain stem. Do you ever forget things, or forget where you’ve put things down? Brain stem problems are common in people with diabetes. Unfortunately there is no cure for this. You are looking at a long road of gradual memory loss, please start saying goodbye to your friends in family now, and treasure the final moments you have.

Pain on muscles along spine?
For a couple of years now, my mother has been having back problems. She says she feels like she has “bumps” on the muscles along her spine and that she feels like it’s really tight. She’s in her early forties now. Is this something that will go away soon? It’s become a nuisance for me to have to massage her every night now.
Oh, and she says that on the end of her butt bone (hehe… don’t know what it’s called), she feels tiny little bumps and that it hurts a lot. She says it feels like tons of “little marbles”.
Is this just apart of menopause? Is there a way to help her besides massaging her every damn night? I’ve been doing this for about 3 years now… and it’s becoming really annoying.
Advice? Help?
The bumps she feels are tight muscles. When they are tight they build up lactic acid on the nerves to cause the pain. When you massage her you are moving that acid off her back so she gets relief from that pain at that time but as the muscles are still tight they build it back up again to become a problem again the next day. To get rid of the problem so you don’t have to keep massaging her she has to free up the muscles in her back and then everything will move on it’s own so she won’t have the pains. There are also muscles around her tailbone that tighten up to give the pains that you mentioned so that will be added as well. Here’s how to free up the muscles in her back and lumbar region to get rid of the pains:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
Lower Back, Lumbar:
While sitting place your hands behind your body just above the buttocks and press in on the muscles next to the spine and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your self forward as far as you can. Then release the pressure but hold your body there for another 30 seconds. Move a few inches down and do it again and keep repeating until you reach the end of your tailbone. For both-For best results relax the body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
Well, I am a young boy with under eye bags. When I take my glasses off you can see them straight away – they are quite puffy and purple and I was thinking of getting contract lenses so I would love to get rid of them without any expensive creams or operations, maybe some simple finger massagers – any ideas?

Monday-Friday (SCHOOL): go to sleep at 10pm and get up at 7AM

The most helpful ones are:
(Using both hands together) massage with palms and front of fingers held together

A lot of what the baby goes through after birth is the mother’s hormones coming out …. you have to remember the baby was attached to you for a long time!
For my daughter I massaged baby oil into the scalp & used the little comb the hospital gave in the care pack to get the cradle cap to losen up without hurting her. I only did a little at a time and eventually it was gone. On her face we used Cetaphil which is sold in the soap section & is a gentle skin cleanser. Our doctor actually recommended it. It worked.
