hi, ive been using lilash eyelash stimulator for about 3 months now..my problem is,it only worked on one eye!!!!!! my left lashes are unbelievable..gorgeous and long.but my right eyelashes nothing.the only thing i noticed is that they r more curled than before.but no length what so ever.my left lashes r not that curled but im happy with them.anyone suffered the same problem?? if so,what did u do?!! dont tell me “oh just stop using it”..coz this thing was like a miracle to me.i have very very short,thin lashes.and now,after using lilash, my left lashes look like theyre fake! i didnt expect it to work this much! i just wish it worked on my right eyelashes too..when i apply mascara,my eyes look a little uneven..left is long and right is short.so anyone faced the same or similar problem?? pls help!!!! thanks in advance:)!
maybe you could stop using it on your left lashes for a while and only on your right for a bit so they could get evened out.

The podiatrist said I have to use it on both of my feet because I just had surgery on both of them and I have a stress fracture in my right foot. After using it on one I tried to use it on the other foot, but it just gave me some kind of number reading (I’m assuming that’s what it was) and a smiley face. What does that mean? We took the battery and put it back in it to see if that would help, but it didn’t. Thank you!!

There are warts on my face and neck and I wanted to get rid of them without going to experts.
They may go away with time…or spread with time.

I have the beginnings of cellulite! And I don’t want it to progress! I guess they have a process where a doctor puts a massage technique and rollers to it and sooths it out somewhat. Or liposuction. I don’t want to be gross looking.

For Valentine’s, I want to get my husband all the makings for a wonderful massage. A website suggested essential oils as a massaging oil, but the more research I do, the less sure I am of it. My two questions are this; 1. Are essential oils oily enough to use as lubricant for a handheld massager; and, are they safe to be put directly on the skin?
No and mostly no. Essential oils are not oily enough to use as a lubricant, and most essential oils should not be applied directly to the skin- that’s dangerous and can lead to irritations and even burns. Lavender can go directly on skin, and tea tree oil can sometimes go directly on skin (depends on the person’s sensitivity.) Most other EOs cannot. Peppermint, for example, can cause severe burns.
You’ll need a Carrier Oil for the essential oil. You can use pretty much any kind of oil- you can find things like jojoba oil, Apricot Kernel oil, etc. or use what you have at home. Olive oil may change the scent of the essential oil a little bit, but works okay, as do other cooking oils.
Add a couple of drops to an ounce or two of the carrier oil. Then you’ll have a nice consistency with the essential oil scent to use.

Do you mean the size of the bloom or the shrub? The site would be talking about the size of the bloom, closed about 1-2 inches, fully open 5-6 inches. This would be true of most Floribunda species roses.
The size of the rose bush will vary according to how much you prune it. Let go and a rose will grow up the three meters and beyond. Best keep it pruned to under a meter.
Every winter after they loose their leaves, prune back hard and open up the plant (take out branches that cross over, turn inwards etc). This will stimulate lots of new growth come spring and lots of flowers.
I cant suggest a particular variety as there are thousands and one thats available down here may not be a common type there. I have grown Black Baccara before and it is a beautiful rose.

Will a rose bush be ok left in a pot?
My mother in law gave me a potted standard rose bush for my birthday and as there’s nowhere to plant it(all my gardens receive half shade/light), I was wondering whether it would be ok to plant it out in another larger pot. If ok, how large and deep should the pot be?

Yes, Roses like to send their roots pretty far, so it will need a pretty good sized pot, but aside from that, it should be fine. Roses also benefit greatly from phosphate. Most rose experts recommend mixing some “super-phosphate” into the soil priot to planting. You can get super phosphate at any gardening store, or on-line. Also, most potted need to be re-potted (can be in teh same pot) every 3 years or so, which includes trimming the roots at that time.

A Couple of pain killers, a nice hot shower, and something that always works for me…..lay on your back on the floor (If you can) lay there for a few minutes then slowly lift your legs and bend your knees to right angles, slowly let your legs drop to one side and then back the other, it helps to stretch you mucles out.

Hello, I’m wonering if anyone has experience using ultrasonic cleaners for carb bodys and parts, I finaly got one for a good price, and it works well, except for leaving a black residue on the aluminum, I’ve read that it need to be an alkaline solution. Any help is apreciated.
Distilled water has a pH of 7 and is considered neutral. Anything over pH7 is considered alkaline (AKA base).
If the alkalinity is too high it will destroy the aluminum. (sodium hydroxide has a pH of 14 – It is extremely caustic and will destroy aluminum.)
Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) is a weak base. (pH
Pool pH up, or washing soda (sodium carbonate) is a stronger base. (pH 9.6)
Amonia is a moderate base. (pH 11)
A mixture of;
distilled water (as a neutral solvent)
amonia (to obtain an alkaline pH)
and Dawn dishwashing liquid (to reduce surface tension)
would probably be an ideal solution.

I been eating a lot of fast food lately such as mcdonalds and wendys and kfc etc.
After I finish eating it, sometime from 5 minutes to 10 hours i get this really weird feeling in my vein, the spot where doctors put the needle when taking a blood test. And this feeling happens more than once. It feels like someone taking a thumb and giving that spot a massage, but underneath the skin.

Today was my second accupunture treatment. I have an autonomic nervous system that doesnt function properly, so I have very tense muscles with knots, fatigue, TMJ, and insomnia among other things. I didnt feel much different after yesterday’s accupuncture but today when I went in, I had a headache, so they did this “3 point” thing on my head with needles and massage to rid the headache. He also did a “cupping” technique on my upper back and found that my blood was “foamy” which he said meant I have a lot of toxins built up.
So why did I have a dull headache all day afterward (still), when the cupping technique was supposed to relax muscles and the 3 point technique was supposed to ease headache?
He also mentioned to me yesterday to take it easy for a week or so because I will be sort of detoxing and that will take much of my body’s energy.
It is quite common for things to get worse before they get better. Acupuncture will mobilize energies that have been stuck, and along with cupping will release toxins as well. These toxins, while being eliminated, can cause a temporary worsening of the condition. Also, once energies start moving, things like temporary headaches or aches or other weird or uncommon sensations are possible. However, you should see an improvement within a few more treatments. If you continue to have headaches and feel exhausted or off-kilter, your acupuncturist needs to use a different approach.
Another thing could be that the acupuncturist did too much local treatment, rather than addressing the condition by using more distal points. There are many different schools of acupuncture and theories and approaches to treating conditions. If you still have the headache by the time you get your next treatment, you may ask your doctor to use more distal points. If headaches are caused by rising liver energy, then using points on the feet first to ground and pull down the energies may be a better approach.
But in general, it is good practice to take it as easy as you can when you start acupuncture treatments, especially if there is a lot of detoxification. You can aid the process by drinking a lot of water, getting mild exercise like walking and eating light, unprocessed foods. These things will help your body eliminate the toxins.
And by the way, there are numerous studies out that prove acupuncture works. Recent studies done monitored brain waves while patients received acupuncture, and it was very clear that acupuncture has major effects on pain. I see patients every day that come into the clinic after Western medicine has failed them and offered experimental surgery as the only option left, just to see them improve within a few treatments. And if acupuncture was just a hoax and didn’t work, insurance companies wouldn’t readily offer to pay for acupuncture treatments. It is well-acknowledged for it’s ability to deal with complex pain conditions as well as many other medical conditions.

Here is the thing to remember: Even things that are standing still are traveling about 1000 miles per hour because of the earths rotation. Gravity is what keeps everything from accelerating off the planet. Think about when you are in a car and take a turn to fast you are pressed against the door. Imagine the car is the earth and gravity is the door. If gravity ceases you fly out because friction alone is not strong enought to hold you. So essentially any object moves in a continuous straight path at roughly 1000 miles per hour until it encounters another object. This is the most obvious change that would be noticed. Someone who is extra ordinarily calm in crisis and observant may also notice time runs a little faster, distance grow a little farther, colors may change shade or hue.
