what is a electrical muscle strength tester called?
i saw and tried one in mexico this man gave me these two metal rods that had wires which connected them to a box
he turned it on and it shocked me but kinda felt like a really strong massager
he kept turning the strength nob to make the shocker stronger and he told me to act like i was boxing and to tell him to stop when i couldnt handle it any more
he wasnt selling it but he did charge for every time anyone tried
Sounds to me like you got taken for a ride….. and paid for the experience, both out of pocket and in pain….

Do electric massagers actually tone muscles?
My friend bought this $100 dollar Electric Massager from EliKing (the brand I suppose) because the lady that sold it to him told him it would tone up his muscles. she mentioned abs and 6 pack and he was sold instantly. Because he’s pretty dumb, all he could get it to do was shock the hell out of him. he let me have it and I’m using it the right way, and it feels pretty cool regardless. I’m wondering though if it actually is doing anything to my muscles at all, toning them or defining them or whatever. does anyone know about this thing or if electric massagers actually tone muscles?
I’m no scientist, but I doubt it. “Toning muscles” is basically just shedding off fat and building up muscle so that it shows through the skin. Maybe, on the odd chance, just maaaaaybe, these things do actually build some degree of muscle. But I doubt that sitting around while these things massage you burns any fat.
Electrical massagers probably only work (and of course they won’t say so in the ads) if you keep to a healthy diet and exercise daily. But hey, why pay a hundred bucks when you can just do that instead?
