How do i know if I sprained or fractured my heel/ankle/back of foot?
I was playing baseball and i came running home and landed awkwardly on home plate to avoid a last ditch tag. Right away after scoring my foot hurt and became pretty swollen along the side/back of foot primarily the heel and ankle. It hurts to walk and move it and it is bruised. Any way to know if it is fractured or sprained?
The only way to tell for sure is an x-ray. Otherwise someone’s just guessing. If it’s a hairline fracture it may not show up on x-ray and there’s no actual treatment besides support.

What does it mean when bunnies pound there back foot?
Well, i put my bunny, Pancakes, on my bed, and she was pounding her back foot as she hopped around. What does this mean?
It just means she felt a little threatened. My bunny sometimes does that when I try to take him out of his cage.
