how to pick out a magick wand?

I am looking for a place online that sells magick wands and that will accept paypal as form of payment. Many of the sites I have been to have wands I like but not on the budget I am on. Right now I can afford around $10-20 on a wand. any help will be good. mainly looking into buying a wood carved or stone carved. Thank you in advance for you help.

Hey!
I cant stress strongly enough that you should make your own! You can do this using a glue gun, pretty gems/crystals and a beautiful branch you find in nature( dont break a fresh one off of a tree) and thank the tree it has fallen from.
A wand you make your self will have your own personal power all through it and fit you much better than one made by someone else.
Blessed Be
Ariel

Are the impressions that the Harry Potter books / movies / messages carve into our kids always Positive?

Okay, so we all know that the Harry Potter phenomenon has reached a cult status. … And I do NOT mean to provoke anyone, but the other day I was truly saddened to hear a friend of mine’s daughter asking her mom if she was “special” like Harry Potter, even though she didn’t possess any fantastic/magical powers! … Are kids in today’s society being increasingly bombarded by an underlying message that if you don’t have any supernatural powers like Superman, Harry Potter, Spiderman, some genius freak of nature, etc. [or worst yet, don't know how to wave a good AK 47 or a 9 mm "magic wand" at school], you are nothing but an ordinary piece of boring blob? :-(

Parents just have to let the child know that this is not real but fantasy. I remember back as a kid after I read a comic that I was super strong or that I could see things other couldn’t but it is a child’s imagination and it is good for them to have that but as they grow they need to learn that those things are not real and that no one has any of those abilities so don’t be discouraged by the fact that they don’t have it!
