What kind of company would make this up? A plastic company? I am not sure the right direction to go?
You need an engineering company (or staff) to design the internal electronics. You need a 3-D modeler to design the product and layout the internal components inside the plastic shell. You need a plastics company (or staff) to design the molds for the outer shell including selection of what type of plastic and what method of manufacturing. You need a testing company to test and approve it like U.L. Try the search engines to look for “engineering companies”, “product development consultants”, etc. You’ll also need a few hundred thousand dollars.
