Muscle Cramp relief!?!?
Please help me. I am a figure skater. I have been skating for awhile but the last few months I have been getting really bad muscle cramps afterwards. I get them everwhere my sides, legs, thighs, toes, etc. What can I do to get relief or prevent them? I am trying to make sure I stay hydrated and stretch before I skate.
lots of water everyday! at least 12 qts, on each hour of the day. plus eat lots of bananas or take potassium pills. potassium helps prevent cramps. and stretch!!!

What are good herbs for Muscle Pain relief?
I have a history of back spasms, followed by muscle pain that gets pretty intense. I am in physical therapy, but the pain is unreal.
