about vibrating belts… the ones that help you loose weight? Did you buy one? How did it work for you? Did you loose centimeters or inches off your targeted area?
I’m asking again, cuz no one answered it when I first asked. Here’s why I’m asking:
I’m not thinking about buying one. (I’m healthy at 110 pounds, thank you.) But I saw a magazine article (From JJ, japanese fashion mag) reviewing different bizarre ways to loose weight from piercing ears to eating tomatoes at night to sitting in a chair that vibrates. Each girl did this for 2 weeks and didn’t change any of their other habits.
The girl who used the vibrating chair only lost 1 pound but lost 3 cm off her hips. Another girl used both a self massaging technique followed by a personal rolling massager called the “Slim Cera”. She lost 3.5 lbs and 4.5 cm off her waist.
What do you say for your vibrating belt if you’ve bought one?
i was thinking to buy it but i rather to go a true hands massage which is effectively in every part of the body…if i can not afford then i massage myself with a special cream depending of my desire body type.
