Is FM radio MHz or KHz? By tonight, quick points!!?

i need to know the units but, just 98.9 etc is given. For FM, is this in MHz or KHz or Hz? I think that it is MHz, but i’m not sure.

It can be both…98 is the Mhz, and .9 would be the Khz.

How does one install another hard drive for an old pc?Can I also install a separate Page Filing unit?
i gave my uncle an old e-machine that came with 64mb of Ram well I think it was upgraded in 2002 to this:

so it was stickered as an e-machine Upgraded to Windows XP 2.0 GB
it actually has C: Free Space=11.9 GB Total Size=18.6GB

any options as this machine runs very slow and i’m considering upgrading ram 1st but would like to install a new hard drive

The hard drive is not your bottleneck. More RAM would help I would recommend going as high as you can. That machine almost certaintly uses PC133 which is getting more expensive as time goes on.
On those old machines the most important thing is that you tailor the software and keep the operating system spotless. Newer machines can be more forgiving of bloated software and excess. On the older machines you have to make sure nothing you don’t want running is running.
Other than that there is not much you can do for it, it doesn’t have much life left on it so just keep it clean and perform a routine defrag.
