How do I become a music producer/ remixer?
I would really love to make electronic dance tracks and remixes like the sort that Fatboy Slim and Mylo do, but I wouldn’t know where to begin. How would I go about doing this, and what sort of equipment would I need?

and if it isnt, whats the difference between this, and a real ipod shuffle? besides the fact that you dont use itunes with this one.
It is not a scam, in as much as they aren’t claiming it is a genuine iPod Shuffle. It could be the case that the actual capacity is not what they are claiming. That was the case in the past for a number if Chinese import players.
That one apparently uses a mini-USB connector; Apple had a dock that plugged into the headphone jack for their same form models. They might operate differently.
