Pure Romance Vs Brown Bag Vs Passion Parties Vs Slumber Parties?

I want to start doing one of them, but i’m not sure which one.
I’m leaning more towards Pure Romance (they seem to be more respected in the business) or Brown Bag (seems like they offer more, start off at 50% and they pay hostess credit)
Just trying to weigh the pros and cons of each company before I decide. Any info will be helpful!!

Hi Alicia — I would first just like address one inaccuracy from the first response, and which I don’t know the requirements of BB, PP, or SP, I can say that Pure Romance does not, in fact, require $250 per month. It’s $100 every 3 months, which seems pretty reasonable because logically if you aren’t doing $100 in retail every 3 months, you’re really not doing ANY business!

While you’re going to find that pretty much every company swears they are the best, look at first how they present themselves – their website, their catalogs, their advertising materials, and if that is a good match for you, because as much as you will represent them, those materials will be the face of your business before you can present yourself.

Find out what resources they have for training and what the requirements are. I know that Pure Romance has a tremendous amount of resources available online so I can learn and review best business practices at my leisure.

Discover for yourself what opinions your friends and family might have of various companies. Your instinct already might be all that you need. I know that when I was searching for a company of this nature, I researched several companies before I came across Pure Romance and I knew instantly that this was a company that I’d be proud to represent. What sold me was the Patty Brisben Foundation, the SSS Program (Sensuality, Sexuality & Survivors), and the Naked Truth College Tour. I figure the people who want to buy our products already know where to get them and I’ll be happy to show them what we have, but EDUCATING women will make a positive impact both on their lives and on our business.

My skin is weird, half of my arms is tan and the other half is white. same for my legs, and my feet are white too, so i can never wear flip flops out, without someone commeting that my feet looks as if im wearing white socks. plus my butt is white, and so is the rest of my tummy, i want to make my whole body one skin color!!!

i had the same fear at first, what i would do is sit in the backyard in the shade, let my feet soak in the sun for anywhere from 30 minutes to 60 minutes a day… soon i developed enough color to leave me worry free. also tanning beds are very good too ! , just remember if someone has a problem with seeing your feet,… that is there problem ! dont sweat it.

Why is my whole body broken out after getting in a hot tub?

On Saturday I spent about an hour in my sister’s hot tub. It had just been cleaned and the water replaced the day before. Now my whole body is broken out with acne from head to toe. Does anyone know why this happened, and what I can do to get rid of the acne?

it could be a heat-induced rash. if you have really sensitive skin, the high temperature could have brought this out. maybe you could try taking some benadryl(but this makes you drowsy so take when you won’t be driving) this helps if it is an allery type rash. also, you might want to use aveeno bath packets or shower gel. these contain oatmeal, which is soothing for skin problems. drink alot of water, and the combination of the 3 will hopefully help you out! if you need to go to the dr. they may give you a steroid shot which would help if you have an allergy! hope you feel better soon!!!

here are the punchstat numbers. this is probably why manny got on steroids. he knew that he lost to marquez, and would have no chance against mayweather unless he got bigger, stronger and faster.

Boxing is business first and foremost. If you were the promoter or the president of the WBC, whom would you like to get the verdict in an extremely close fight such as the Pacquiao-Marquez 2? To somebody who has taken the fans attention in the USA and elsewhere whose potentials to figure in many more big money fights and hence bring in more money in the future, is almost a sure thing? Or to somebody who wasn’t even the numero uno fan favorite of his home country and whose potentials for future big money fights are at best, iffy?

Am a Pinoy too and I feel rather queasy with Pacquiao’s performance that night. But the fight was so close that it could really go either way. Realistically, the future of boxing, then reeling at the lost and inevitable loss of many of its established superstars but aging as Oscar, Roy, Bernard, Tito, Evander, would be better off with a Pacquiao win than a Pacquiao close defeat or even a drawn match.

Boxing has to move on with its new found superstar in Pacquiao ( and only remaining superstar Floyd Mayweather ), even if it has to compromise a little fairness and objectivity in judging during that fight.

And i think the boxing authorities, including those judges who gave the verdict to Pacquiao, have been proven right at the way boxing has retained its popularity and appeal since 2006 albeit the decline of Oscar, Roy, Tito and Evander.

Were you able to have a descent sleep, rest, or work time? Was the seat clean? What does it feel like to recline the seat? How many degrees does the seat recline? Was the lumbar, back, and head support ensure comfort? Is the headrest movable? Was the legspace, armspace, and cushion space average? Was their enough personal space for you? Describe the inflight entertainment system? What was the feeling like on the cabin? Did you feel comfortable or uncomfortable and why?. Was the interior clean and was it sanitized enough for your standards? Did your seat have a footrest? Can you use your laptop with internet onboard? What was your most favorite part on being aboard the economy class seat during the flight? What makes it unique compared to the previous economy class seat? Please state you flight number, aircraft type, and date.

Unfortunately I can’t remember the aircraft number or the specific length and width of the aircraft or even the average speed which it travelled; however, I can remember that my flight (in Dec 2007 to HK and from HK in Jan 2008) on an economy class cabin (Cathay Pacific) was most pleasant. The air hostesses were very polite, service minded (and mostly attractive) – the seats were considerably more spacious than other in other airline economy class cabins, the food was great (for airline food). After my flight with Cathay I had to transfer to BA (from HK to London) and I could really tell the difference – as on BA the air hostesses tend to be middle-aged battle-axes with hideous make-up, the seats were still dirty (their was gravy down the back of the seat in front) and the food was a joke!

It’s a shame Cathay couldn’t take me all the way to the UK!

I’m trying to get a flat stomach but I don’t exercise enough to eat a lot of carbs. Most vegetarian recipes I see are really high in carbs.

-I really like naked burritos. a make some brown rice, pesto beans, home-made salsa, and a bunch -of dark lettuce.
-grill up green & red peppers and tomatoes in a pan. Then stuff a pita pocket with them
-apples and peanut butter
-cottage cheese
-oatmeal
-veggie burgers chopped up over a salad
-a hand full of whole wheat pasta with a ton of grilled veggies (tomatoes, zucini, broccoli, red peppers) and a table spoon or two of pesto or alfredo sauce

fill your meals with vegetables and a small serving of whole grain carbs AND PROTEIN!

Do vegans really need to eat nuts and seeds, and if so what are the best (health and low fat wise)?

I’ve been vegetarian for 8 years and never eaten nuts or seeds. Now im vegan, do i need to eat them? I don’t particularly like the taste and i know they are really high in fat…can i just eat beans and pulses instead?

There are many ways to maintain a healthy vegan diet, but nuts and seeds are a great source not just of protein, but of healthy fat, vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Brazil nuts, for example, are an incredible source of the mineral selenium, which is important for Healthy Skin and hair and is hard to get otherwise.
Also, nuts are among the only vegan sources of omega fatty acids, which I’m sure you know are very important for healthy brain function, since they’ve been in the news so much lately.

Also, if you are a healthy vegan, eating mostly fresh vegetables and grains and so on instead of processed food, that means you actually get very little fat from your diet. Even though it is often demonized, dietary fat is actually a very important part of your diet (even a little saturated fat is necessary to be healthy). So a few sliced almonds on your oatmeal or cashews as a snack will not make you gain weight.

Here’s a list of some different types of nuts and seeds. If you see something on this list you haven’t tried yet, give it a shot – you might like it!

Where can I find a dress for my sister…we’re going to a wedding?

So our family is going to a wedding in California in March, and my 12 year old sister doesn’t have a dress. We looked at Dillard’s and some other stores, but we can’t seem to find anything that looks good. She’s tall and skinny, and is probably a size 1 or like a small, maybe even extra small. She really doesn’t have any boobs (lol) and if she finds a dress with pads it doesn’t look right when she tries it on. You can just list some websites. Some ideal colors would be mostly dark, you know…black, navy blue, plum tones etc.

why do your armpits expand when you gain weight?

i KNOW this sounds like a REALLY weird question, but when i gain weight and get stressed, the area from the front of my chest to my back under my armpit seems to get wider. it’s basically the area where your bra strap would go under your armpit. does anyone know a serious explanation for this? Also, i my massager told me that if i get stressed, the area enlarges. i don’t mean the armpit area itself, but the area around it. please help!

Hahaha! I call that area “chicken cutlets.” I know exactly what you are talking about. I don’t know the why, but I would imagine it’s the same theory of why people get belly rolls.
