Forms of Stress Relief or body aches?
My mother’s birthday is coming up, and I wanted to get her some sort of therapeutic relaxer because she tends to be pretty high strung and stressed out and that’s been messing with her head and health. She doesn’t believe in pain medications, so i was thinking of an ionic bracelet, but do they really work?

Is it safe for pregnant woman to be in hot tubs?
We have a therapeutic hot tub and my bodies craving a hot hot bath. Someone told me that pregnant women can’t sulk in hot water cause of bacteria. Is that true or false?
Do not get in if the temp is over 102. Then only stay in for 10 mins or so. If you let your body temp raise too high it could be catastrophic to the baby.
