Help im pregnant and my back is killing me?
I have an office job and im sitting 8 hours a day at my desk. My back is kiling me. Do you have any suggestions on what kind of cushion or massage thing i can buy for my chair?
Along with the pillow, take a foot stool that keeps you knees level to your hips. If no foot stool, then try a sturdy stack of books. This will take some strain off your back muscles.

Which massage cushion should I buy?
My partner was involved in a car accident and now has terrible shoulder pain which I’m constantly having to massage. I thought I would get him a massage cushion for Christmas and give my hands a rest, but can anyone recommend one, especially one that’s good for shoulders? Thanks
First how long ago was the accident?
Did he ever go to a chiropractor or MD after his accident?
Is it a constance pain or pain when he/she moves?
Last question what area of the should is bothering him/her?
