If Dr. Scholls wasn’t a Dr and merely Mr. Scholls. Would you be less likely to buy his foot products?
I dont buy them, my feet are fine..

Are Dr Scholls foot inserts worth it?
I’m thinking about buying the foot inserts for $50 because I’ve been having some pain in the balls of my feet. I walk around all day and feel that maybe the foot insert might help. Have the inserts worked for anyone else?
I had custom made ones for my shoes and they didn’t change a thing. You are having problems with the muscles in your feet, they have tightened up from pain and need to be released, at least that is all it took for my feet to feel better and it didn’t cost a dime. The best you can get from them is some relief for a while but you will more than likely have the same pain and as bad before long. If this was really a case of no support causing the pain then you would have to figure that the part of the world who doesn’t wear any shoes would be complete cripples and that is not the case. We usually abuse our feet and now they are fighting back. Here are the releases I did for my feet that helped get me out of foot pain going after the muscle under your foot and the ones in your ankle:
Foot Muscle:
With your foot in your lap place your fingers side by side at the back of the arch right in front of the heel and press in hard and hold. After 30 seconds slowly raise your toes up as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your toes there for another 30 seconds.
Foot tendons:
right leg. With your right leg in your lap, place your thumb so it is just above and slightly behind the ball of your foot. Place your fingers on the outside, side facing down now, in about the same position. They both should be on the tendons there. Press in and hold then tight against your foot and hold. After 30 seconds slowly raise your toes up as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your toes up for another 30 seconds. Reverse for left foot
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling.
