Traditional Japanese massage?

I am traveling to japan, (17/4/08) staying in narita for 4 days and commuting to tokyo..
Am interested in the old japan, the traditional massages and trying to soak up as much of the ‘old’ culture as i poss can in 4 days..
Can anyone tell me the best places to go for massages, relaxation etc? (non seedy answers only please!)
thanks in advance
I forgot to add..
I have visible tattoos, nothing major, but have a japanese dragon going from my chest down my right arm to the elbow..
and a couple other smaller ones..
I’m mentioneing it coz ive heard that some establishments dont allow folks in that have tats.. :-(

Japanese traditional acupressure called Anma(按摩) is usually performed by blind with technical official license.

You may either ask your hotel desk to call Anma to your room or drop in the acupressure.

There are many different acupressures from traditional ones to something extras always as well as everywhere.

You have to be very careful if you really want to take the real one.

The traditional Anma has been declined the numbers by less demand because people tend to bipolarize to need more popular and fashionable European style (foot) massages or to deep Chinese, Korean or Thai styles indecent.
