What’s the best way to lose or tone belly fat?
I’m just starting to exercise again after a several month hiatus. I’m happy with my overall weight, but would like to either lose or tone belly fat. With just watching what I eat, I lost 4 inches in fat over the past year. I’d like to lose another 3 to 4 inches. Without it, I should be wearing a size smaller in clothes.
Has anyone had success with any exercise or eating regimens?
Hmmm speaking from somone that had a baby a year and a half ago… crunches, sticking to cardio work outs and yoga has been helping… not there exactly yet, but it’s been working.
i’ve also been rubbing dove firm lotion after showers.

How to lose FAT, not tone,on your thighs and butt.?
im 14 and my thighs and butt is huge.im willing to do anything but pills.I do not want to tone. i want to lose FAT!!!Thanx in advanced
Running, jogging, walking, jump rope and riding a bike will get rid of fat in the butt and thighs. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water and you will lose fat. This is what I have been doing for 2 1/2 months and I have lost 21 pounds and 1 to 2 dress sizes.

Don’t drink any soda or eat candy as it’s loaded with sugar. Also try not to drink or eat anything that says high fructose corn syrup. Vegetables like broccoli, carrots, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, celery, and cabbage are healthy and low in calories. Good fruits to eat would be cherries, grapes, oranges apples, grapefruits, lemons, limes, and just about any kind of berries like strawberries, raspberries, blueberries etc.
Make sure that you do at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday if you can. Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. We also burn calories in our sleep. In about 8 hours our body can burn as much as 500 to 800 calories. 3,500 calories equals 1 pound.
