Which one could give slightly red patches? streaming face or massaging face with an oil?

Well I steamed my face once and my face went bright red.

Without checking it, it is impossible to get the best treament. Sounds like an infection with extension to the lymph node. If so, antibiotics are the answer. Get it checked.
