What is the best “Shiatsu” neck massager on the market?

Ohhhhh, I need a massage so bad! My troubles would be over if only I could have a daily massage. Do any of you own a TRULY good home Shiatsu Massager?
There are several models, which would you recommend?

Where can I buy a facial massager?

It’s my mom’s birthday coming up soon, and she’s really looking to replace an old face massager kit we used to have (it included attachments for massage as well as manicures, etc.) It was an old, old kit, but was made by Philips. I was wondering if there are any other kits similar to this one that I could get? And what store would I even go to buy this? Pharmacy? Tech Store?
