Stress delaying my period?? How do I relax enough to get it?

My period is now a week late. This happens a lot because of stress. Does anyone have any ideas on how to relax enough to get my period. Any ideas on how to induce it?

Do what you can to take your mind off of it.
Get into a daily routine, eat at a certain time, sleep at a certain time, etc.
Make sure you’re getting at least 7 hours of sleep every night. Going to bed before midnight is definitely a good idea.
Eat as healthy as you can/take vitamins.
Exercise when you feel stressed. Running/dancing/kickboxing are all really helpful.
Make sure you’re eating pretty healthy too!

Will a massage really help me deal with stress and relax?

I’m interested in getting a massage because I heard it helps heal your in soul and help you relax with stress and every day life. Has this worked for anyone?

This has worked for me, and I happen to be a massage therapist. During the 500 hours of extensive training for licensure, I received at least one massage a week for at least thirty minutes per session. If you’re into “soul” work…or energy work, I would try Reiki(but they don’t touch you physically). Otherwise…
Try Swedish massage. Thirty minutes is enough time to get the full effect, an hour is indulging yourself(you’ll really feel pampered). A Full Body(not how it sounds) will loosen up muscles and release tense areas. I would love to get a massage at least twice a month. You can always leave your underwear on (and you should if you are uncomfortable). Just make sure you don’t get an oil that you’re allergic to(I’m allergic to lavendar, the most popular scented oil in massage).
